§ 74-87. Sanitary facilities required.

All buildings or other places in the city where human beings live, are employed or congregate shall be provided with sewered water toilets, if a sewer is accessible to the property or lot upon which such buildings or other places are located; or, if a sewer is not accessible to such building or structure, then the same shall be provided with a water toilet connected to an approved septic tank.
