§ 74-90. Sewerage connection fees.

(a)

The city council shall establish from time to time a schedule of fees for the connection of any premises, dwelling units, consumer users or industrial users to the city sewerage system. A copy of the schedule shall be available for public inspection and maintained for such purposes in city hall.

(b)

All fees set forth in the schedule shall be due and payable when the application for a sewerage connection is submitted to the city or as otherwise provided by the city council.
