§ 74-92. Furnishing materials for connections.

The city shall furnish all materials necessary to make such connections to the city sewerage system for the purpose of extending the system from the street to the property line of the premises for which the permit was secured. The permit holder shall be responsible for the cost of all materials necessary to extend the system on the private property and for any additional expansion in the system for which a new permit is required.
