§ 74-111. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Frontage means that portion of an individual lot, parcel or tract that actually abuts upon a state, county or city street, as measured from property line to property line. However, if the sewer line is located on property which either has no frontage on a state, county or city street, or the length of the sewer line laid in property exceeds two times the frontage of such property, frontage shall mean the actual length of sewer line laid within such property.
