§ 74-112. Lien against property.

The amount of assessments for sewers shall be a lien on abutting property. All property owners who have property in the city hereafter subject to assessment shall be provided written notice, sent by mail to the address listed for his tax bills, notifying the property owner that a sewer line is to be constructed and assessment will be made against his property. Such notice shall be sent at least 30 days prior to construction of the line.
