§ 74-119. Deferment of payment of assessment limited; procedure; interest.

Payment of any assessment for sewers shall not be deferred for a longer period than four years. After the expiration of a four-year period, if the assessment has not been paid, execution shall issue and be promptly recorded upon the general execution docket for the amount of the assessment plus interest at 12 percent per annum from the date of the assessment to the date the execution is issued.
