§ 74-125. Charges for connection to private sewers.

The city may issue permits to connect to any private sewer which is connected to the sewer system of the city and not otherwise provided for upon payment to the city of required fees and charges to be established by the city council from time to time and set forth in the schedule of fees and charges. Payment of charges shall be made before construction or before connection where the sewer is already constructed.
