§ 24. Same—Jurisdiction; sentence.

The judge of the municipal court of Riverdale may impose sentence for any violation of a city ordinance or law by fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and/or imprisonment not to exceed twelve (12) months; any one or more of these punishments in the discretion of the judge.
