§ 82. Existing ordinances.

Be it further enacted, that all ordinances heretofore adopted by the mayor and councilmen of the City of Riverdale, and which are now in force and which are not inconsistent with nor repugnant to this act, and not in conflict with the constitution of the State of Georgia or the Constitution of the United States, shall remain in full force and effect, provided, that said mayor and councilmen of said City of Riverdale may at any time repeal, alter or amend any of said ordinances.
