§ 2-202. Eligibility.

(a)

To be eligible for a local preference bonus, a company must be considered local under this article in one of three jurisdictions:

(1)

The City of Riverdale, Georgia;

(2)

Clayton County, Georgia; or

(3)

The State of Georgia.

(b)

A company shall be considered local in a specific jurisdiction under this article when said company, at the time of submitting a competitive bid to the City of Riverdale, has at least one office or store located in the jurisdiction and has paid occupation taxes to said specific jurisdiction during the previous 12-month period of time.
